12 x 12 ft ground floor room for storage (£150pm)/workshop (will be more) available in my home (double bedroom size).
High ceilings at approx 9ft.
Could be a workshop type space (but without access to the rest of the house).
Direct access from front door which otherwise isn't used apart from collecting post.
The front door is straight into this room.
Would be kept locked from the other side but I would need access just to collect post.
I live in the property full-time with my Dobermann but we use the back door & side alley to come & go. He is the best guard dog.
Has blinds & curtains at the front/windows
Wooden floor which is already marked etc as this was my 'workshop' (now upstairs). No need to worry about scuffs etc or heavy stuff as long as the skirting isn't significantly damaged as it has all been replaced. Wall marks don't matter really. There are 6 power sockets & a light.
Access any time pretty much as long as I know. No noise though at night/early morning.
Normal UPVC front door with lock.
& me and/or my Dobermann are usually in.
It's for one renter.
This space is at ground level.
Host must be notified for access.
Host will grant access to the space.
