I have an unused space in my loft. It is within a locked home which is occupied so very secure. There is also an alarm on the premises, CCTV and smoke detectors. Notice would be required for access so the space is ideal for storage where regular unannounced access is not required. This is within a private residence.
Several locked doors to access the storage, alarm on site & CCTV installed.
Central Maidstone town location.
Assistance to move in / access may be possible with prior arrangement and access would be by arrangement only. Happy for short or longer term storage.
It's for one renter.
This space is on the second floor.
Host must be notified for access.
Host will grant access to the space.
