Matthew's Garage to Rent in Altrincham
Hi. We have an empty garage at our house that we are going to knock down in Summer 2024 to make space for a side extension. So from now until that date it is empty and free for anyone who wants to use for storage. Ideal for something that needs to be stored over winter (say a convertible sports car / speedboat / etc) or just general storage. The roof has a couple of minor leaks so take note. The garage door is a bit broken but I'd be happy to bolt this shut if interested. There is also a lockable side door which I can hand the key over for. We park our car in front of this garage daily so regular access via the garage door will not be possible.

Our house is situated in a quiet suburb on the edge of Altrincham. There are a lot of neighbours around so good natural surveillance.
We live in the house so will always be around if access is required. We can help with moving things in and out as required.
It's for one renter.
This space is at ground level.
Host must be notified for access.
Host will provide you a key.
