Garage space available for storage. Side entrance available for access. Safe residential area.
Some of my own items are in here, but plenty of space for everything to sit side by side, I would still need to be able to access my items.
There is a padlock on the door and the side entrance is also bolted.
Very close to bus routes I4, linking Derby and Nottingham. Very close to the A52 and junction 25 off the M1.
The person renting the space would be responsible for loading and taking away any boxes into/ out of the space. I would need to be present when the person wanted to access their items. I have stored items in this garage with no damage to my personal items - but any problem with the items stored I wouldn't accept responsibility for and would not be covered on my home and contents insurance.
Host is using part of the space.
This space is at ground level.
Host must be notified for access.
Host will grant access to the space.
