Ana's Spare Room to Rent for Storage in Bournemouth
Space is spare bedroom accessible via stairs on first floor. This can be made available without bed/table as shown in pictures if preferred for storage space required. No lock to door but efforts can of course be made to prevent access from visitors/children. Electrical sockets on both sides of the room if useful for testing appliances. Window to the right of entrance to bedroom (with curtains which can be kept closed for privacy, if preferred). Room has generally been used twice per week as home office and heating kept up as a result.
With reference to the street view picture, the house is 'end of terrace' and the side road and our double drive allows for very convenient loading and delivery of sizeable items. You can see there are double yellow lines only to a short point up the road, after which parking is permitted and it is vary rare that cars are parked alongside our house there.
We would of course be willing to free up the driveway to enable convenient drop off / collection.
Willing to assist with removal work and maintain communication for any required visits.
We are normally at the premises 7 days per week and the house is generally only vacant 2 days per week for mornings so ability to be quite flexible for requirements and willing to maintain good lines of communication.
It's for one renter.
This space is on the first floor.
Host must be notified for access.
Host will grant access to the space.
