The shed is located in the back garden of the property. It has it's own front door and key and is accessable via a private side entrance, via a tall lockable side gate.

There is lighting and 4 power sockets.

The shed has an alarm system and 24-hour CCTV at the front and the back of the property. The building is of masonry construction and there are no windows into the shed.

Located on a quiet residential street.

I am usually at home so can open up/lock up the space when required during reasonable hours i.e. not at night. There is currently a very large tumble drier in the shed (as photographed), but this can be removed if required.

The space is intended for storage (not very regular access), hence the low cost.
