Good quality loft space and great host! ;) erm not sure what to write here. See photos… it’s a basic slanted beamed roof, recently boarded with loft board to create storage space in the hope it will be of use to someone. Due to pipes and beams the floor is not flat however it doesn’t affect storage.
Standard size wooden loft hatch with a metal pull down ladder. I can add a padlock for more security.
Access to it is via a locked room within the house, and we have outdoor security cameras, and coded gates for access so a very secure location.
I’m clearing more of it so should have more space available if needed at a later date.
Coded gates for access to the property, security cameras covering all areas of the house and garden outside. Locked room where access to loft is. Happy to also add a padlock to the loft door too if required.
A few minutes from regular bus and transport links. Safe area. I’m on a hill however I’ve never had any problems with deliveries of heavy items. it’s a bungalow so pretty flat entrance from the road to the house and then there’s only 5 steps to the room where the loft is accessible. Access is through porch and then front door of main house.
The loft is in my home and I work from home so more often than not I’m in. Would prefer someone who wanted to keep stuff there for a set amount of time rather than someone coming and going :)

The guarantee is mandatory for most storage bookings, and you can choose between two levels of coverage up to £3,000.

Bookings for certain self storage facilities, shipping container sites and garages are handled directly by the owner. Those bookings are not covered by the Item Guarantee, and it's best to check with the owner if they offer alternative insurance arrangements.
No. For security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our spaces. They are only suitable for storing items, parking a vehicle, or, if the Host permits, using as a workspace.
