I have a large workshop space I am not currently using all the time. I also rent space out to a local theatre company to build their sets but it is very sporadic. I am offering the space to store or build or for shorter term projects. Top gear, goodwood, Formula 1 (fury events) and Dunsfold airfield have all used the space to film, build or store at one time or another.
I work in the theatre/film industry. The site is gated, alarmed and crawling with cameras! including a CCTV system inside the actual workshop space. access is to the space only and does not include any tool usage but the workbenches are ok to use should you wish. Please contact me for more info.

Yes. When you book, you will be asked to select an Item Guarantee plan that covers your items in the unlikely event that something happens to them while in storage.
The guarantee is mandatory for most storage bookings, and you can choose between two levels of coverage up to £3,000.

Bookings for certain self storage facilities, shipping container sites and garages are handled directly by the owner. Those bookings are not covered by the Item Guarantee, and it's best to check with the owner if they offer alternative insurance arrangements.
No. For security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our spaces. They are only suitable for storing items, parking a vehicle, or, if the Host permits, using as a workspace.
