Based in the sought after village of Madeley, Staffordshire, which according to the website https://crimerate.co.uk/crimerate-pro has an extremely low crime rate; 50% lower than the national crime rate in all of England, Wales & NI.
The storage space is a tidy, secure, spare bedroom. The room is un-occupied and not accessible by anyone except the owner of the property (i.e., myself) and the renter. It comes with heating, electricity supply, lighting and two spare wardrobes to store any clothing, bed linen, bags and shoes that you may wish to have in storage.
The space is suitable for storing items such as books, bags, bed linen, clothing, shoes, bathroom scales, utensils, cutlery, clocks, iron boards etc. All of this for a reasonably low monthly fee.
For the storage of items such as small furnishings including chairs, coffee tables, stools, garden furniture etc, please enquire about my other listing, which is a lockable shed (x2); again, both at reasonably low prices.

Bookings for certain self storage facilities, shipping container sites and garages are handled directly by the owner. Those bookings are not covered by the Item Guarantee, and it's best to check with the owner if they offer alternative insurance arrangements.
No. For security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our spaces. They are only suitable for storing items, parking a vehicle, or, if the Host permits, using as a workspace.
