This is an extremely private property. There is a security motion sensor light outside and a lockable door and windows. I live in The Coach House overlooking the shed approximately 30 feet away.
The property is right in Truro, which is a 10 mins walk into city centre. It is surrounded by trees and high hedges adding to the sense of security.
I live right next door in The Coach House and will be happy to help load/unload. I am present most of the time to be able to keep an eye on things. There are a couple furniture items of my own inside the shed. They do not take up more than 3 or 4 square meters of the 150+.
Host is using part of the space.
This space is at ground level.
