The space is secured by a neighborhood watch and there is always someone present. There is security lighting, fire alarm, smoke detector.
This space has 5 minutes drive access to the M1 moterway, 10 minutes to Luton airport, Train station, 5 minutes to Capability Business park, 5 minutes to town-centre.
Help can be given for the moving of items to store them for long periods of time.
