Electricity is in garage, water can be added if you need.
Any usage outside of storage (such as a workshop or charging your car) will need to be arranged so we can account for the energy costs and add the required energy points. Etc... A car charger could be added, this is true. All up for discussion.
We can discuss adding a security camera or other security measures.
