I have a medium sized garage available to rent for parking or storage. It is at an ideal location for commuters as its a 6 min walk to Sutton station. The garage can fit a medium sized car (the widest car parked here was a BMW 5 series).
The location has no humidity so it is ideal for storing things and it is protected from any weather changes because its in a covered location.
You will be provided a key to secure the garage.
There is automatic lighting which turn on upon entering the garage section.
Sensory lights in the garage area. It is only accessible through one entrance. CCTV cameras are installed for residents security. This is not an area which has any crime issues, possibly because of the location (5 mins away from the police station).
7 mins walk to the station.
4 minute walk to the highstreet/banks etc.
I live in the building above the garages and I can be available as and when needed - give me a ring/send me a message.
It's for one renter.
This space is at ground level.
It's free to access any time.
Host will provide you a key.
