This is a large/wide underground garage in a small block of flats, protected by a separate locked gate from the street. From street level, there is a ramp down to the garage level. This will not be suitable for low cars (eg Porsche). Because this is a basement, it is never very hot and never very cold. It is 300 yds from West Finchley tube station. It is for storage. It is for the exclusive use of the renter. There is shelving and cupboards with closed doors. It would be perfect for a cherished car.
The garage is locked. You will be met and given two remote controls, one for the main white gate and another for the garage you are renting. There is no pin code.
The space is at the far end of the group of garages.
I live 10 minutes away and am available to assist with getting started there.
