Hello and welcome to my listing. I've lived here for over ten years and have this secure loft space available in my home.
Access: Is very straight forward. Firstly, access to the property is via a ground floor front door with direct street access/parking directly outside. Access to the loft space is through a ladder and hatch (as pictured) on the first floor. The loft space itself is big enough to stand up in and I use it for a few of my own items. If arriving by public transport, the property is equidistant (10 min walk) between Blackhorse Road and St James Street overground.
Security: This is my home in which I reside throughout the year so the property is rarely empty and the front door is triple locked when I am not in.
Moving in: I can help with move-in and move-out, particularly with getting things up and down the loft ladder, and positioning boxes. I can be flexible on access.
Host is using part of the space.

Host must be notified for access.
Host will grant access to the space.
