The area is very secure and is one of the most sough out ones in terms of beauty due to the amazing parks sorrounding the main center of Muswell Hill.

The space is located exactly in the middle of the little borough, near the main church. A very vibrant area, close to Highgate or East Finchley.
It is known for its vibrant enviroment, coffee shops, little multi ethnic restaurant, the perfect pub for a pint after the work and also on of the best fish and chips i have ever had.

Yes. When you book, you will be asked to select an Item Guarantee plan that covers your items in the unlikely event that something happens to them while in storage.

The guarantee is mandatory for most storage bookings, and you can choose between two levels of coverage up to £3,000.

Bookings for certain self storage facilities, shipping container sites and garages are handled directly by the owner. Those bookings are not covered by the Item Guarantee, and it's best to check with the owner if they offer alternative insurance arrangements.


No. For security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our spaces. They are only suitable for storing items, parking a vehicle, or, if the Host permits, using as a workspace.
