Large storage space but only suitable for smaller items (not furniture etc.) as it can only be accessed via a ladder. Loft is insulated but hasn't got a light. It is safe and the front door is always locked. Residential neighbourhood and the property is usually occupied (I live at the property and am the only one with access to the loft).
I can always provide access if required, including on short notice.
Would suit someone who needs long-term storage options (i.e. while going travelling).
