Inside walls are painted white and ceiling is boarded so is pretty dust-free.
There are some shelves at the back and a pegboard for storing tools if helpful. Items shown in photos will be removed and new photos posted shortly.
For car storage the garage is long, but a little narrow. I stored a car in there for years, but is a bit tight for day-to-day parking use, but would suit long-term storage of a classic car etc.
For storage of anything else it is ideal.
The garage is located behind the Derby Court building at 49 Davigdor Road, Hove, BN3 1RA. It is accessed via a driveway from Colbourne Road to the rear as shown in the photos.
Can be very flexible with duration.
It's for one renter.
