Small garage available for long-term rental in LS17, situated in a safe and secure location.
Suitable for storing a small car or motorbike, with space for vehicles up to the size of a Renault Clio.
Please note that regular daily access is not available, as two of our own vehicles are kept on-site.
Access to the garage can be arranged with notice.
Ideal for anyone seeking secure and reliable long-term vehicle storage.
Additional security features include a fully locked and secure garage. Vehicles are regularly parked in front of the garage, adding an extra layer of security.
The property is located within a Neighbourhood Watch area, in a busy household where someone is usually present most of the time. The neighbours are also very vigilant, making this an extremely safe and secure place to store your vehicle long term.
Located on High Ash Drive in the highly sought-after LS17 area, the garage benefits from being in a quiet, safe, and well-established residential neighbourhood known for its security and community feel.
The property has a long private driveway, which provides an added level of protection and makes it very difficult for anyone to approach the garage unnoticed. With vehicles usually parked on-site, a busy household where someone is often home, vigilant neighbours, and an active Neighbourhood Watch presence, the area offers excellent security and peace of mind for long-term vehicle storage.
We are happy to help the vehicle owner in any way we can and will always try to be as flexible as possible when access to the garage is needed. While we ask for some notice in advance, you will still have access to your vehicle and can store it with us for as long as required.
You can have complete peace of mind knowing your vehicle is being kept in a very safe and secure environment. We have personally used this garage for many years to store a very expensive sports motorbike, which reflects the level of trust we have in the security of the property and surrounding area. As we no longer use the garage ourselves, it is now available for someone looking for reliable long-term vehicle storage.
Before booking the garage storage, please let me know if there’s anything I should be aware of or any details you’d like to clarify. I’m happy to answer any questions before confirming the booking.

Frequently asked questions
Access arrangements for each space are set by the Host.
Most garages on Stashbee offer 24/7 access, while some have set access hours or require you to arrange access with the Host in advance.
You can see more details in the “Access” section on each listing. It's worth double-checking with the Host before you book if access times are important to you.
You can store most everyday items like furniture, household goods, sports equipment, boxes, and work tools. Many garages are also suitable for storing a vehicle as long as it can fit inside.
However, you can't store anything hazardous, illegal, perishable (like food or plants), or anything that's damp or produces strong smells. Read the full list of prohibited items here.
When placing your items in the storage space, make sure they are stored and packed in a manner that will minimise the risk of potential damage.
Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking starts, and you’ll get a full refund.

Once a booking has started, you must give 30 days notice to end it. You can do that directly from your booking dashboard
Most of our garage listings have photos of the space, as well as Google Street View enabled. We recommend having a look at those first to get a feel for the space and the surrounding area.
If you have any questions or would like to arrange a viewing, you can chat with the Host after booking, or click the “Send a message” button to contact them now.
While most Hosts are pretty responsive, please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.
To protect your booking and payment, always communicate on the Stashbee platform.
You can find answers to commonly asked questions in our Help Centre.
Our dedicated Customer team is also on hand to help with any queries from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. You can contact us from your account dashboard.
Different garages have varying levels of security. Things to look out for include the type of lock installed (e.g. padlock, boltlock, door defender lock), the security of the site (CCTV, motion sensors, lockable gates), and the general area where the garage is located.
You’ll see all security features listed by the Host in the “Features” section on this page. You can also read reviews from other Renters who have used the space.
If you have specific security concerns, you can also message the Host to ask about their setup.
Yes. When you book, you will be asked to select an Item Guarantee plan that covers your items in the unlikely event that something happens to them while in storage.
The guarantee is mandatory for most storage bookings, and you can choose between two levels of coverage up to £3,000.
If you are storing a vehicle in one of our Hosts’ garages or have a separate insurance cover, you can opt out by contacting us. Find out more about the Item Guarantee here.
Certain self storage facilities, shipping container sites and garages handle bookings with Renters directly. Those bookings are not covered by the Item Guarantee, and it's best to check with the owner if they offer alternative insurance arrangements.
Some of our garages come with an electricity supply, typically those that are attached to a house. If that’s the case, you'll see it clearly marked in the “Features” section on this page.
You can also use our search filters to show only garages with electricity. If electricity is essential for what you're planning to store or how you'll use the space, just double-check the listing features before making a booking.
Garages are generally dry, but this can vary depending on factors such as the age and state of their roof and door.
We recommend carefully reviewing the photos and description of each garage before booking. You can also check past reviews and chat with the Host to ask specific questions if you have concerns about the condition of the garage.
If you have valuable items that are vulnerable to dampness, you can minimise the risk of damage by using water-resistant packaging and ensuring items are not stored directly on the floor.
Yes, as long as the Host has marked the garage as suitable to use as a workspace. You'll see this clearly indicated on the listing page.
People use our garages for DIY projects, hobbies, and running small businesses. Just double-check with the Host to make sure they're happy with how you plan to use the space.
No. For security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our garages. They are only suitable for storing items, parking a vehicle, or, if the Host permits, using as a workspace.
