Conveniently located between Canterbury and Ashford, a short 10-minute drive from either city, we offer ground floor 20ft and 10ft containers, full security gate all around the site with coded lock on entry and 24hr CCTV covering our site.
We rent containers to both personal and commercial storage customers, on a rolling monthly contract basis, without long term contracts to tie you in, simply cancel when needed.
We offer the space you need whether you are moving home, going travelling or simply need some extra storage space. We also offer solutions for businesses, whether you require extra space for unplanned shipments, need somewhere to store excess stock or moving your office space we have the self-storage units for you.
Our prices are:
- 20ft Ground Floor Unit (160 sqft) - £200 per month (inc VAT);
- 10ft Ground Floor Unit (80 sqft) - £150 per month (inc VAT);

Yes. When you book, you will be asked to select an Item Guarantee plan that covers your items in the unlikely event that something happens to them while in storage.
The guarantee is mandatory for most storage bookings, and you can choose between two levels of coverage up to £3,000.
If you are storing a vehicle in one of our Hosts’ garages or have a separate insurance cover, you can opt out by contacting us. Find out more about the Item Guarantee here.
Bookings for certain self storage facilities, shipping container sites and garages are handled directly by the owner. Those bookings are not covered by the Item Guarantee, and it's best to check with the owner if they offer alternative insurance arrangements.
No. For security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our spaces. They are only suitable for storing items, parking a vehicle, or, if the Host permits, using as a workspace.
