Storage is arranged in individual wooden vaults, each offering approx. 250 cubic ft / 7 cubic metres of capacity, with a 34.4 sq ft footprint and 7.37 ft height.
Vaults are ideal for boxes, furniture, business stock, archive files, seasonal items, or the contents of a room. As a guide, a studio property may require 1 vault, while a 1-bedroom flat may require around 2 vaults, depending on furniture volume. Larger homes can be accommodated by booking multiple vaults, but you can book just one vault if that is all you need.
The warehouse is clean, dry, alarmed, fire-alarm protected, covered by 24-hour professional security, managed CCTV, and staff on site. Access is by prior arrangement only, so your goods remain in a controlled environment.
Warehouse contents are automatically insured for theft, fire, and flood via our existing policy with our insurers.
Security is a key feature of the facility. Goods are stored inside individual storage vaults, which are then placed into a secure warehouse racking system rather than being left in an open-access area. Once positioned in the racking, the vaults cannot be accessed directly by customers or unauthorised persons. Retrieval requires staff attendance, authorised warehouse access, and use of the appropriate forklift equipment, meaning the goods remain within a controlled, professionally managed environment at all times. The wider site also benefits from 24-hour professional security handled by JLL, 24-hour managed CCTV, and two controlled access gates, which are closed overnight.
The warehouse is located near Heathrow, in Ashford, Surrey, with convenient access for West London, Surrey, Middlesex, and the surrounding areas. It is based on a professional commercial estate, not a residential street or casual lock-up, making it a practical and secure location for clients looking for reliable storage close to Heathrow and West London.
The space is hosted and managed by an established professional removals and storage company, rather than a private individual. Our team is regularly on site during working hours and can assist with arranged access, loading, unloading, and general storage handling where required.

Bookings for certain self storage facilities, shipping container sites and garages are handled directly by the owner. Those bookings are not covered by the Item Guarantee, and it's best to check with the owner if they offer alternative insurance arrangements.
No. For security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our spaces. They are only suitable for storing items, parking a vehicle, or, if the Host permits, using as a workspace.
