You would be using my very spacious loft.
It is completely clear at the moment so there is tonnes of space. I have had lots of things in here in the past including furniture with no issues.
I have insulated and boarded it myself so it is clean warm and dry.
It is really secure as there is the front door to the flats, then my front door and then a lock on the loft hatch.
I will supply you with entry codes so you can access your things when you need to. I just need a little notice to make sure nothing is in the way.
It is an excellent location as on the juncture of 3 train routes. It is (almost) literally a stones throw from Seven Sisters underground on the Victoria Line - 15 mins to Kings Cross. There is also a main line rail station taking you to Liverpool Street in 25 mins. And the Overground line which takes you towards Hampstead and Richmond or East to Barking and Essex. It really couldn't be easier. Also great for all the airports if you wanted to drop off a bag on your way through.
If driving there is always space to park and unload right outside the property, and if you are staying for longer there is pay and display within about 100 yards. It is a wide clear residential no-through road so ideal for loading and unloading. So little traffic that most people walk up and down in the middle of the road!
