Renting a parking space in Hammersmith with Stashbee is as easy as 1-2-3.
Register as a Guest and find a parking space that ticks your boxes
Request the space and put down a security deposit
The Host will confirm your booking and you’ll have exclusive use of the parking space from the booking start date
We have over 100 parking spaces listed in and around the Hammersmith area, all available from verified Hosts. Some of our listings are also available for ‘instant book’, so you can pay for your space and it will be confirmed immediately — perfect if you’re in a hurry!
Hosts set their own prices when they create their listings, but there are no additional hidden fees or charges. What you see on the listing is what you pay.
Once you’ve found a suitable parking space in Hammersmith, just enter your start date, how long you’re looking to park, and click ‘book space’. On some of our parking spaces, you’ll be asked to pay a security deposit to cover any damage caused to the space or lost fobs and keys. These funds will be held in your account until the booking has been confirmed by your Host.
Once the booking has been confirmed, your first monthly rental charge is due the day before your booking is set to start. Subsequent payments will be taken on the same day each month until you or the host serves notice to end the booking.
Once your booking has been accepted by your Host, the parking space listing will be removed. From that point, as long as all your payments have been made through Stashbee, you’ll be protected throughout the process.
When renting some of our parking spaces in Hammersmith, you will be asked to pay a security deposit to make a booking request. The deposit will remain in your account until the booking has been confirmed by your Host. It may be used to cover:
Any missed payments during your booking
The cost of repairing damage caused to the space
Lost fobs, keys and parking permits
The cost of removing items left behind once the booking has ended
Once the Host has confirmed that none of the above apply, then your deposit will be refunded in full.
Every one of our Hosts has been verified by our team, and we also ask our Guests to go through the same verification process. This ensures that everyone knows who they’re dealing with. You can read more about our verification process elsewhere on the Stashbee site.
As well as being properly verified, all Hosts and Guests must also sign our booking terms before the rental period begins. These provide essential protection in the unlikely event that anything were to go wrong. We’ll send you a copy of the signed agreement and it’ll also be accessible via your booking dashboard.
Make your payment through Stashbee and your booking will be covered by our booking terms and cancellations and refunds policy for complete peace of mind.
Every payment will be managed by our secure and cashless payment provider Stripe. Your banking details will not be stored on our server or shared with anyone else.
Affordable parking in Hammersmith is important, but it’s not worth risking your health for. That’s why we’ve introduced special measures to keep our Hosts, Guests, and the Stashbee team safe during the Coronavirus pandemic. That includes:
Contactless key handovers through KeyNest

What are you, some sort of maverick?
Actually, you are allowed to park on single yellow lines in Hammersmith outside of restricted hours, but if you choose to do this, you’ll need to be very careful. Although restrictions apply in most controlled parking zones between Monday and Friday from 9am to 6pm, some zones have restrictions until 8pm or even 10pm. So always check the nearest yellow ‘no waiting’ restriction sign very carefully before you park.
Want to park on double yellow lines? Don’t even think about it, whatever the time of day.
Parking permits are available from Hammersmith and Fulham Council for residents, businesses, and visitors. Find out how to apply by following the links on the Council’s website.
If you have a low-emission vehicle, then you may be able to get a resident’s permit for just £60 a year. If your car is fully electric, then as a reward for saving the planet (or at least making a start), you may be eligible for a free permit.
For those without green cars (we’re not talking about the colour), you will have to pay:
For one vehicle
£71 for six months
£119 for 12 months
For the second vehicle
£260 for six months
£497 for 12 months
Off to see Lionel Richie again are you? Well, the bad news is that you could be looking for parking All Night Long!
The venue itself advises visitors not to drive, as there is no parking at the Apollo itself and the surrounding areas are mostly residential. Plus Hammersmith Broadway tube station is just over the road. If you have no choice but to drive, the nearest 24-hour car park is located behind the Kings Mall a couple of minutes’ walk away. The Novotel London West also has a secure car park around five minutes from the venue, and costs £3 for an hour.
Whether you’re a first time user or have been using the platform for a long time, we’re always here to answer any questions you may have.
