If you’d like any more information about a space, then you can message the Host directly.
To make a booking, you must request the space and pay the security deposit, which will remain in your account until your Host confirms the booking. The space will then be taken off the market immediately and you’ll be able to use it from your booking start date.
Some of our parking spaces in Brent are also available for instant booking. You’ll see the ‘Instant Book’ option on the listing. In that case, all you need to do is pay for the space and the booking will automatically be confirmed and the space will be yours right away.
You’ll be asked to add your payment method when you make your booking request, but it can also be added to your account’s dashboard at any time. Payment for your first month’s rental will be due the day before the booking begins, with subsequent payments taken on the same day every month until you or the Host decide to serve notice and end the booking.
Every payment will be managed by our cashless payment provider Stripe to provide the highest level of payment security. Your details will not be stored on our servers or shared with anyone else.
We remain open during the pandemic and have taken steps to keep our Hosts, Guests, and the Stashbee team safe. You can continue to rent a parking space in Brent by following the measures that we’ve put in place:
Arrange virtual viewings - Don’t meet in person if you don’t have to. Instead, jump on Facetime, Zoom, or Skype so your Host can show you around the space.
Keep your distance - If you want to check out the parking space yourself, always wear a mask and stay two metres away from anyone not in your household.
Flexible bookings - If you need to move the start date of your booking for any reason, you can do so easily.
Remote key handover - You can collect a key or fob from your Host remotely using KeyNest.
Additional cleaning - We ask all of our Hosts to make sure the area around the parking space is clean and sanitised before the booking begins.

We have taken every step to protect your deposit, booking, and payment, so you can rent a parking space in Brent with complete peace of mind.
When browsing our listings, you’ll see that some Hosts ask for a security deposit. This payment must be put down to create the booking request. Deductions may be made from your security deposit if:
Damage is caused to the parking space
Fobs, keys, or parking permits are lost
There are missed or outstanding payments.
If the Host doesn’t confirm your booking request, the deposit will be returned to you immediately. If the booking goes ahead, the deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the booking as long as there are no outstanding issues.
Every Stashbee Host has had their identity verified by our team. We also ask our Guests to go through the same verification process before making a booking request. To verify your account, you’ll need to upload a photo of your ID.
Once your booking request has been accepted, we’ll ask you and your Host to sign our booking terms. They provide protection in the unlikely event that something goes wrong. You’ll be able to access the booking terms in the documents section of your booking dashboard.

Pay for your booking through Stashbee and you’ll be protected by our booking terms and cancellations and refunds policy. Payments made outside of Stashbee will not be protected. If you do pay for your booking outside of Stashbee, then please let us know right away.
It’s worth noting that our Guest insurance policy does not cover vehicles that are parked in a Stashbee parking space. You should contact your insurer to let them know where your car will be parked to make sure that you’re covered.
Nope. Park on a single yellow line in Brent when parking restrictions apply and you’ll face the wrath of the local traffic wardens.
However, outside of controlled hours, you’ll be free to park on a single yellow line as long as no other restrictions apply. Since these can vary from zone to zone, always be sure to check the zone entry signs, and any notices near the single yellow line.
