So just to give you an idea of me and what I am offering, I run my own business and own several apartments in the buildings surrounding the car park. I like to offer all my tenants a parking space as an extra and the spaces of empty apartments or the spaces of those who decline, I rent out on here.

In terms of the car park itself, it's a very quite place with no trouble and the other space owners are generally quite friendly but If you do ever have any issues, I also live within the complex and work from home so in most cases I'll be around if you need me. I have however been renting out these spaces for a little while now and haven't had any issues. If you have any questions, please get in touch!

We have a security gate fitted on our car park so it can only be accessed by residents/owners. The code is changed monthly for added security. Lighting is also provided.
The spaces are located just off Alexandra road on Plainsfield street in a residential car park. The area is very quiet and you shouldn't have any trouble here.
I offer extras for those who choose to book with me including a complimentary car wash for those who choose to book with me.

As soon as you’ve made payment and confirmed your booking, we’ll send you the exact address and instructions on accessing the space, including any permit or fob requirements.
Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking start date, and you’ll get a full refund.
After that, a £25 cancellation fee applies to Monthly bookings, and no refund is available for Hourly bookings. Read more here.
Once a Monthly booking has started, you must give 30 days’ notice to end it. You can do that directly from your booking dashboard.
Most of our listings have Google Street View enabled. If it’s available, we suggest you have a look to get a feel for the space and surrounding area.
Once you’ve confirmed your booking, you’ll be able to chat with the Host directly and arrange a viewing. While most Hosts are pretty responsive, please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.

Most of our parking spaces are suitable for motorcycles. When it comes to caravans, it will depend on the size of the space. Please check the listing dimensions for more details.
A Monthly booking has no fixed duration. It automatically renews every month until you or the Host choose to end it by giving 30 days’ notice. Read more.
An Hourly booking has a fixed duration, which can be as short as 30 minutes. The booking automatically ends at the end time selected when you make the booking.
No, for security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our parking spaces. They are only suitable for parking or storing a vehicle.
