The space is located right in the heart of totterdown. Just off of the Wells road with temple meads train station and Bristol city centre a small distance away, this space is ideal for those in need of somewhere to park and then commute without paying the extortionate amount needed to park in the heart of the centre. As i don't drive the space is almost always empty therefore is great for someone who wishes to use it consistently or just for the day. just to clarify aswell, the space is 2.3 m wide by 5m long as opposed to the 2.4m width advertised. unfortunately there isnt an option below 2.4m that i'm able to select in the listing process.
There is lighting from both the adjacent street and also from the entrance of the apartments.
In the heart of Totterdown the space is only a 15 minute walk from temple meads train station, and 25 minutes from the Bristol city centre.
As i don't personally drive, the space is free at most times of the day and night unless i have guests, however this isnt a common occurance.
