L.a's Parking Space to Rent in South East London

One, possibly two, available parking spaces on my driveway. Three cars can fit if parked in a specific way, but I require space for my car and will always need a space left available for this. I possibly accommodate two motorbikes. Driveway is on a friendly, quiet, residential one way road with minimal traffic.

The driveway is in full view of other driveways/houses with no opportunistic room for clandestine activity. I intend to install the Ring app at a later date, but in the meantime I am happy to allow users to install their own security cameras for their vehicles.

The space is located within around 15 minutes’ walk from 3 different train stations; Crystal Palace, Thornton Heath and Norwood Junction.
It is well served by buses with the 468 being a 15 minute journey to Croydon town centre, the 196 providing access to Brixton and the 468 and X68 providing access to Elephant & Castle.

I’m more than happy to be as accommodating as possible.
