Entrance is from the rear alley behind the property. The toilet facilities are at the rear and are used by the gentleman tenant who runs the shop in the front.

No. For security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our spaces. They are only suitable for storing items, parking a vehicle, or, if the Host permits, using as a workspace.
