As soon as you’ve made payment and confirmed your booking, we’ll send you the exact address and instructions on accessing the space, including any permit or fob requirements.
Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking start date, and you’ll get a full refund.
After that, a £25 cancellation fee applies to Monthly bookings, and no refund is available for Hourly bookings. Read more here.
Once a Monthly booking has started, you must give 30 days’ notice to end it. You can do that directly from your booking dashboard.
Most of our listings have Google Street View enabled. If it’s available, we suggest you have a look to get a feel for the space and surrounding area.
Once you’ve confirmed your booking, you’ll be able to chat with the Host directly and arrange a viewing. While most Hosts are pretty responsive, please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.

An Hourly booking has a fixed duration, which can be as short as 30 minutes. The booking automatically ends at the end time selected when you make the booking.
No, for security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our parking spaces. They are only suitable for parking or storing a vehicle.
