Plenty of storage space in our loft with solid floor flooring and beams at about 1.30m height. Up to 9sqm of storage space and access is via a loft hatch which is 64 by 58cms. Suitable for medium sized boxes that need to be brought up into the loft by renter. There is a retractable loft ladder installed so easy access.
Cannot store any liquids, chemicals, food stuff or anything with a battery. Access to storage is by arrangement only.
Access to loft storage is secure via our flat. CCTV installed at front door.
Good public transport links via Lothianbuses No. 44 and 32. Located in a quiet residential area.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer much support with moving boxes, etc into the loft and this would need to be done by renter.
Host is using part of the space.
This space is on the second floor.
Host must be notified for access.
Host will grant access to the space.
