A well-sized outbuilding is available to rent (preferably on a long-term basis) for your needs. Ideal for storage. The outbuilding is situated in a secured garden which is only accessible though the house; its very safe. You will have your own set of keys for the outbuilding which you can access at any time (if you give me 24 hours notice).
The outbuilding has electricity but no heating. It is well-build so there is is no damp, leakages or anything like that. Your possessions will be kept safe, secure and un-damaged.

The outbuilding will not be shared. I will move my stuff from the outbuilding to the shed, so the whole building with safe access is available.
