A full, clean, dry loft covering the length of our three-bed terraced home. It’s well-insulated with good head height through the centre and easy ladder access via the landing hatch. Perfect for storing boxes, seasonal items, suitcases or other belongings you don’t need day-to-day. We can provide dust sheets and clear labelling if needed. -
Spare Double Room (partial space)
We also have a small section of our spare double bedroom available — roughly one corner of the room (around 1.5 × 2 metres). It’s bright, temperature-controlled and ideal for items that need to stay inside the main house, such as clothing rails, small furniture, or business stock.
The property is occupied full-time, so items are always supervised, and access can be arranged flexibly by appointment.
