- Viewings are arranged by a Southwark Council Lettings Officer once an application has been submitted and approved
- All spaces are inspected by Southwark Council's in-house maintenance team between lets
- Prospective licensees are welcome to visit the site to check access, surroundings, and location

- Vehicles are stored entirely at the licensee’s own risk, and should be appropriately insured and taxed
- Dangerous, flammable, illegal, or prohibited items must not be stored in the vehicle while parked in the garage
