A clean, dry and secure 90 sq ft private office available for self-storage. Ideal for anyone needing additional storage space for one month or longer.
Unlike many commercial self-storage facilities, this is a dedicated private room rather than a shared storage unit, offering a secure, accessible space with flexible arrangements made directly with the owner.
The office benefits from electricity, lighting and a solid floor, making it suitable for storing a wide range of household, business and hobby items.
The office has two secure access points:
- Garage access: Through a locked garage door leading to the office's internal locked door
- Through a separate locked entrance via the property's rear garden.
Access is by prior arrangement, and only the owner has access to the storage space, providing added security. This space is intended for storage only and is not suitable as a workshop, office workspace.

Hursley is a small and quiet village around 10 minutes from Winchester City centre.

Yes. When you book, you will be asked to select an Item Guarantee plan that covers your items in the unlikely event that something happens to them while in storage.
The guarantee is mandatory for most storage bookings, and you can choose between two levels of coverage up to £3,000.

Bookings for certain self storage facilities, shipping container sites and garages are handled directly by the owner. Those bookings are not covered by the Item Guarantee, and it's best to check with the owner if they offer alternative insurance arrangements.
No. For security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our spaces. They are only suitable for storing items, parking a vehicle, or, if the Host permits, using as a workspace.
