I live at the property where the storage space is located and personally manage access to the garage. I aim to provide a secure and well-maintained storage environment; however, all items are stored at the renter's own risk. Renters are responsible for arranging any insurance they require for their stored belongings.

Bookings for certain self storage facilities, shipping container sites and garages are handled directly by the owner. Those bookings are not covered by the Item Guarantee, and it's best to check with the owner if they offer alternative insurance arrangements.
No. For security reasons, we do not allow Renters to live in our spaces. They are only suitable for storing items, parking a vehicle, or, if the Host permits, using as a workspace.
