⚠️ Important Utility Notice & Access Rules:
• Utility Access Zone: The left-hand wall of the garage houses the utility meter boxes for the adjoining property. The renter must keep a minimum 2-foot clear zone in front of these boxes at all times. Storage boxes or vehicles must not block access to these panels.
• Right of Entry: The owner reserves the right to access the garage with reasonable notice (or immediately in a structural/utility emergency) to inspect or service these meters.
• Overhead ceiling lighting is fully functional and provided for your convenience.
• There are no available power outlets or wall plugs for tenant use. Using the space as a workshop, running appliances, or attempting to charge tools or electric vehicles (EVs) is strictly prohibited.

Yes. When you book, you will be asked to select an Item Guarantee plan that covers your items in the unlikely event that something happens to them while in storage.
The guarantee is mandatory for most storage bookings, and you can choose between two levels of coverage up to £3,000.
